How do you typically start your day? Get out of bed and rush into the day. That’s what normally happens especially when you have a lot of work scheduled for the day. Sometimes or most of the time you don’t even have time to take breakfast or even just a cup of coffee. And I bet you won’t even have time to listen to a soothing music. You just rush into the day without any prayer or praise song. I just can’t imagine starting my day without a praise song. If I can’t say a little prayer at least I play a song to praise and thank my Lord for the day ahead of me. This is not really impossible to do, you can sing a song while taking a bath, preparing your breakfast or driving to work. I used to work in a bank and there was not a day free from pressures. What I do daily while driving to work was play praise songs inside my car to prepare myself to meet the pressures ahead. One of the songs I love to play in the morning is the Potter’s Hand. Try praising the Lord before you start your day and I assure you everything will go smoothly for the day.

POTTER’S HAND
Beautiful Lord, Wonderful savior
I know for sure all of my days are held in your hands
Crafted into your perfect plans
You gently called me into your presence
Guiding me by Your Holy Spirit
Teach me dear Lord to live all of my life
Through your eyes
I'm captured by your holy calling
Set me apart. I know you're drawing me to yourself
Lead me, Lord. I pray
Oh Take me, mold me, use me, fill me
I give my life to the potter's hand
Oh Call me, guide me, lead me, walk beside me
I give my life to the potter's hand
You gently call me into your presence
Guiding me by your holy spirit
Teach me dear lord to live all of my life through your eyes
I'm captured by your holy calling
Set me apart. I know you're drawing me to yourself
lead me, Lord. I pray
Oh Take me, mold me, use me, fill me
I give my life to the potter's hand
Oh Call me, guide me, lead me, walk beside me
I give my life to the potter's hand
